That's a hard question, because everyone is different, but there will always be similarities because we work mainly on the function; running. The road back to running might be different for various people.
Something that is the same for everyone:
First of all, it is very, very important that we screen for red flags that might indicate more serious pathology, that might need medical attention. This is done by asking specific questions and being aware of risk factors and symptoms for different diseases.
Next, we'd need to establish your running function in relation to the history of the injury, symptoms, training loads, and more. Is it even safe for you to start running already? Many questions needs to be answered for everyone.

When booking your first assessment there will be sent a welcome mail with a video for you to see prior meeting online with more detail on how we work and to best prepare you for the next steps.
Please note our 7-day cancellation policy. If you contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment, we will cancel your subscription – no questions asked.
Once your subscription ends, you will enter a completely free two-week transition phase. During this time, you will retain access to the platform and chat function to answer any questions you might have as you take full charge of your running and pain management.
