Payment information (processed securely via Stripe or other payment providers)
Health and training information provided voluntarily in connection with coaching or rehabilitation programs

5. Storage and retention

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Health-related information is deleted no later than two years after the end of your client relationship unless you consent to longer retention.
Accounting records are retained for five years, in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law.

6. Sharing of data

Your personal data is only shared with trusted partners who process data on behalf of Pacer, such as:

Payment providers (Stripe)
Booking and communication systems (EasyMe, TrainHeroic, or similar)
Accounting software (Dinero)

All data processors have signed data processing agreements to ensure compliance with GDPR.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Security

We take data protection seriously and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse.
