With our own platform you get an easy start and a real physiotherapist in your pocket at all times. We do our best to keep you on track.
AI is very smart, but we keep it out of the parts where you get help and answers to your personal questions. You get a person-centred experience, and for now we don't believe AI can handle the different and specific needs, behaviours and concerns of each runner.
If you have running injuries, want to learn how to run, or are training for a specific goal, Theis is the person to contact. You don’t necessarily have to stop running just because you’re injured; I’m prone to injuries, but Theis keeps me fit and ready to go.
