Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of services and products from Pacer rehab & performance, including personal training programs, rehabilitation, health coaching, access to digital platforms, as well as the purchase of session packages, gift cards, and memberships.

1. Services and memberships
Pacer offers individual coaching programs, digital training plans, and various membership options.

2. Session packages and digital gift cards
Validity: Session packages and gift cards are valid for 2 years from the purchase date.
Transfer and Refunds: They cannot be transferred or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions expire after the validity period without compensation.

3. Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, MobilePay, or invoice by agreement. Subscriptions and memberships are automatically charged through our payment provider, Stripe.
If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to charge again.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery
Digital services are delivered via email, online meetings or through login access to our platform.
A service is considered delivered upon the first session or when access to the content is provided.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Individual sessions must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time – otherwise, the full price will be charged.
For programs and session packages, missed appointments not cancelled in time are considered completed.
Flexibility can be arranged individually with your physiotherapist or coach.

6. Right of withdrawal
For purchases of personal services and digital products, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has begun or has been customized for the client, pursuant to Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

7. Liability
Clients participate and train at their own risk. It is the client’s responsibility to take necessary health precautions. Pacer cannot be held liable for injuries or damages arising in connection with physical training or use of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pacer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes affecting ongoing programs or subscriptions will be communicated in writing or via the platform.
